Plans and manages patient care according to each patients needsInterviews patients and records their medical history and physical conditionProvides routine care for patientsObserves patients healthReviews medical chartsAssists physicians and registered nursesTakes and monitors patient vital signsAssists patients with eating, dressing, and bathingAdminister medicationCommunicates changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family membersMaintains accurate patient recordsCollects specimen samples when neededOversees Certified Nursing Assistants and trainingPrepares patients for transfers or dischargeAssists in medical proceduresProvides wound careMonitors cathetersManages emergency medical situations
Qualifications:
